Beef Ravioli

The Bernardi Square Beef Ravioli is a pre-cooked dish of pasta pockets filled with a blend of ground beef, Parmesan, ricotta, grilled onions, red peppers, and flavorings. Shaped like squares, this heat-and-serve beef ravioli makes a great main dish when paired with a rich tomato sauce, garden salad, or hot soup. Ideal for restaurants, hotels, cafes, diners, and other eating outlets, this bulk case comes with 4 bags of Bernardi square beef ravioli.

This product shall be a filled square to slightly rectangular shaped pillow of pasta with serrated edges that is sealed along the inner filling pocket. Filling is a blend of ground beef, ricotta cheese, grilled onion, parmesan cheese, red peppers and flavorings.

Preparation type: BOIL

Preparation instructions: Preparation Type: Cooking Instructions Conventional Oven Instructions: Oven: Place 1 pound frozen (-10F to +10F) ravioli and 2 cups of room temperature sauce into a greased 8 x 11-inch glass oven-safe baking pan. Stir until distributed evenly. Cover baking pan with lid or foil. Bake in a preheated 400F conventional oven for 50 minutes. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165F for at least 15 seconds in the coldest spot. Carefully remove lid or foil. Preparation Notes: Note: Since all types of cooking equipment and equipment's settings may vary, cooking times may require adjusting. Stovetop Boiling Instructions: Boiling (Preferred Method): Place 1 pound frozen (-10F to +10F) ravioli into boiling water (3 quarts water per pound of ravioli). Cook uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165F for at least 15 seconds in the coldest spot. Carefully drain and serve with desired sauce and cheese. Preparation Notes: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions.
