This French-style carbon steel pan is highly responsive to temperature changes, quickly heating and cools down fast, ideal for when timing is critical. Made in SPAIN. Excellent heat conduction, heats rapidly and cools quickly. Before First Use: Boil water in the pan, and wash it with water and detergent. Care & Maintenance: Hand wash only. Dry immediately and completely - do not leave to air dry. Rub a light coat of cooking oil on inside and outside of pan, cover with paper towel and store in a dry, non-humid, safe place.
