Preparation instruction: 1. PLACE DOUGH PIECES ON A LINED SHEET PAN, COVER WITH SILICONE PAPER AND IDENTIFY THE PRODUCT. DEFROST OVERNIGHT IN THE RETARDER. 2. PAN ROLLS 4 X 6. GIVE 20 - 30 MINUTES FLOOR TIME. 3. PROOF UNTIL DOUBLE IN SIZE. 4. BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. OVEN TEMPERATURE: CONVENTIONAL: 375 F - 400 F (190 C - 205 C) CONVECTION: 350 F (175 C)
