The Lamb Weston Fried Potato Skins are made from premium Russet potatoes. These potato skins will make for a great appetizer, and can be filled with cheese or bacon. With minimal oil absorption, and breakage, these can be easily prepared in the fryer or oven. This bulk pack will be a great buy for restaurants, cafeterias, and food trucks.

Preparation instruction: Fry 1½ Lbs @ 345 - 350F for 2½ - 3 minutes using a hold-down device to keep product submerged for the final 1-1/2 minutes of the cooking cycle. Convectional Oven: Bake @ 400F for 15 - 20 minutes. Arrange product in single layer. Convection Oven: Bake @ 400F for 10 - 12 minutes. Arrange product in single layer.
