SEASONING MIX MEXICAN RICE LOW SODIUM ADD WATER GLUTEN FREE NO MSG
25% Reduced Sodium versus our previous #V419-AK190 Mexican Rice Seasoning Mix. A savory south-of-the-border blend of spices, onion, peppers and garlic. Compliments both white and brown rice. Makes the perfect dish accompaniment for tacos, enchiladas or other Mexican entrees. Preparation instruction: Convection Oven Method: In a 4" full-size steam table pan, combine 1 1/3 gal hot water (180°-190°F), 2 qts (3.75 lbs) parboiled white or brown rice, contents of Rice Seasoning packet (11 oz) and 4 oz butter (optional). Stir well. Cover with foil or pan lid and bake in a 400°F convection oven for 30-40 minutes or until water is absorbed. Keep warm (160°F). Fluff with fork before serving.
