FS-The FS is a water bath warmer that is thermostatically controlled to hold products at serving temperature without burning or scorching. Its constructed of stainless steel and ladles directly from a #10 can or stainless steel jar 94009 (not included). An adjustable, precalibrated thermostat senses the food temperature and turns the heating element on or off as needed.
