Vollrath Stainless Steel Adaptor Bar, 12 Inch

Vollrath Adaptor Bar is made from stainless steel and measures 12 inches long. Designed for use with compatible food pan arrangements, the bar helps divide larger openings so smaller pans can be positioned together within the available space.

This simple accessory gives operators more flexibility when arranging ingredients, toppings, sides, or condiments in a holding area. Serving lines, deli counters, salad stations, buffet operations, and prep departments can use the adaptor bar to create a more organized pan layout based on changing menu requirements.
