CRAB, STUFFED 3 OZ RAW FROZEN

We select the finest crab meat available and blend it with fresh bell peppers, onions and crispy toasted bread crumbs. We then season it with our secret blend of the finest spices and hand stuff it into a sterile graded natural crab shell before blast freezing it.

Preparation instruction: Frying: Deep fry 5-7 minutes at 350ºF Oven: Bake in preheated conventional oven at 400ºF for 25-30 minutes; or for 20-25 minutes at 350ºF in convection oven. Brush with butter or margarine before baking.
